I had a spectacular time in the retreat and I was very impressed with the personalized experience I received from booking onwards. I can only imagine the amount of work that goes into putting on and I have to say Teacher Ananta did an amazing job with me! ❤️👇

I have participated in the 8 days (7 chakra healing) program. It was an amazing journey, the retreat included yoga sessions, healing sessions, breath-work, meditation and lots of guidance from teacher Ananta 🙌 . In addition to the workouts and yoga, i was armed with tools to make healthy living (internally and externally) sustainable for the future.

Teacher Ananta was extremely supportive as I navigate through my transformation journey. He has ignited the well of fuel within me which I will use to embrace the insurgence of confidence, self-love, knowledge and gratitude from this experience. 🙏🏼

My personal reflection and what i feel; rejuvenated, clarity, emotional release, a sense of connection with oneself, and a renewed sense of purpose. I feel more driven towards my goals now. (personally and professionally)

Overall, I left feeling renewed and with an improved sense of self. I hope to attend another program in the new future.
