Realigning Yoga Massage is an innovative healing modality that combines the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue massage with passive yoga stretches. This approach helps the body naturally find its optimal alignment, promoting overall health and well-being.
Special emphasis is placed on Navel Activation to support gut health and pelvic alignment, both crucial for long-term vitality.

7-8 sessions of Therapeutic yoga or Kriya yoga for Deep Cleansing of the body (Includes yoga therapy for Back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, Diabetes, Obesity, Anxiety, Stress, Heart disease, hypertension, depression and many more Psychosomatic disease).

In this four days training, you will learn physical and energetical tools to offer a delicious massage experience to your friends, lovers and family. This is not a professional training and you will not receive certification.
 

9 Days – Rs. 50,000 (23 – 31 January)


Professional Certification Training

In this 9 days, you will learn basic and advance level massage training, navel alignment and body aligning stretches. This is a professional training.

Samya is a certified expert in yoga therapy, Ayurveda yoga massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Ayurveda Breast Massage, reflexology, and tantra. A skilled facilitator of embodied spiritual practices, Samya integrates ancient wisdom with modern healing techniques to guide individuals on their journey of holistic wellness. Her work emphasizes conscious connections, sexual empowerment, emotional healing, chakra balancing, and sense activation. She believes that offering body work sessions for over a decade to thousands of individuals, profoundly helped her in opening to her spiritual-energetic bodies and awakened her sensitivity and interconnectedness with another individual.

Ananta 

Ananta Jeevan is the founder of ReDiscover ThySelf and a Master of Awareness with 22 years of experience in yoga and healing practices. After using yoga to heal his own recurring health issues, he expanded his expertise into meditative inquiry, Ayurveda, energy healing, and yoga massages. Ananta’s teachings focus on creating harmony between the body, mind, and spirit, fostering deep self-awareness and personal transformation. His work emphasizes inner silence, self-enquiry, self-love, and awakening, offering individuals a nurturing environment for growth.

Deepak Vats is a well-being educator and holistic therapist specializing in navel alignment, Marma yoga, and sensual somatic bodywork. He works extensively with individuals facing mental health, gut health, and psychosomatic challenges. His expertise includes addressing issues such as stress, migraines, fibromyalgia, anxiety, bloating, PTSD, trauma, insomnia, pelvic release, sexual abuse, and post-delivery recovery. Deepak’s approach focuses on balancing the mind-body connection through chakra work, empowering individuals to heal and thrive.
